How to Use the Learning Center
fatsecret Premium members have exclusive access to the Learning Center. Here you’ll find science-backed health and nutrition resources designed to support your weight loss journey.
All content is created by qualified nutritionists and dieticians, offering practical guidance to help you better understand nutrition, develop sustainable habits and overcome common challenges that arise during weight loss.
Whether you’re looking for tips on balanced eating, strategies to navigate mental barriers, or deeper insights into nutrition and health, the Learning Center provides resources to support you along the way.
The Learning Center is organized into two main areas: Guided Courses and Collections.
Guided Courses
Guided Courses are structured programs created by nutrition professionals. Each course focuses on a specific topic and takes you through a series of lessons designed to build your knowledge step-by-step. Courses include theory lessons, activities, reflections and quizzes. For the best learning experience, it is recommended to complete guided courses in order, as each lesson builds on the one before it.
Collections
Collections bring together themed content, allowing you to delve deeper into specific areas of interest or explore lessons on various topics. Instead of following a structured course, Collections allow you to browse and read individual lessons grouped by topic, without needing to complete them in a specific order.
Whether you're looking to learn more about nutrition or explore topics related to mindset and behavior, Collections provide the flexibility to learn in a way that best suits you.
How to Complete a Guided Course
Guided Courses are designed to be completed at your own pace. Some people prefer to complete one lesson per day, while others choose to work through multiple lessons at once. Your progress is always saved, so you can return and continue whenever it suits you.
