no salt added, no fat added
I just tried to add a cooked artichoke to my food for today and the two I could find had 380-400+ listed for sodium. But a cooked artichoke has less than 100 of sodium, and the listings were not editable.

Targets
I started in March at 100kgs and have lost 5kgs. I want to lose another 10kgs but not limiting to that. Fruit yogurt for breakfast and salad for lunch. So far so good!
