Salada básica com banana, maçã, mamão e laranja picados, sem açúcar.

Directions

  1. Descascar as frutas, retirar as sementes e picar. Coloque em um recipiente.
  2. Espremer levemente os pedaços de laranja com os dedos para soltar um pouco do caldo.
  3. Misturar tudo e acondicionar em geladeira. Já está pronto para o consumo.
