I've stayed the same weight for the last two weeks but decided to measure myself cause people keep saying I'm still shrinking...since March 3 I've lost 2" in my hips (that one blew me away!), .50 in my waist (bringing me down to 35.5"), 1" in both thighs, 1" left arm, .50" right arm! :)
235.1 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 45.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

if you cant reach it that way just go to youtube and under search type in Jeff novick caloric density (full version) if only for the knowledge....very intresting
