I think we'd all be surprised to see how much sugar is in the filler products of our medications and supplements.

I got hit with that for about a year. 🤦🏻‍♀️The ones my nutritionist recommended were adding 5-10g of carbs per day and 100 cal to my RDI and I didn’t even LIKE chewables! LOL 🙇🏻‍♀️Finished off the bottles and went back to good old fashioned pills with cheap magnesium stearate as filler and gelatin as the capsule. LOL I may get a partial calorie from the capsule, but I’m not getting constant sugar hits from the contents! LOL 😆 Good job on figuring it out Judy! 🙋🏻‍♀️Sometimes you have to be super sleuth 🕵️‍♀️! LOL
