Down 5.4 lbs my first week. Yay! There was a time it would have been 15 but I'm grateful to lose 5.4. Praying I do the same next week.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
