I decided to start taking the keto supplements again...

The keto bomb with the fake sugar is way too sweet for me, I use only 1/4 scoop per mug of tea.

I went over on my calories yesterday but did stay extremely low on my carbs even while enjoying a few cocktails during the super bowl 🤷‍♀️👍
141.4 lb Lost so far: 26.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@john thanks! I was pretty shocked this morning... I am still always blown away that after eating cheeses, avocados and bacon grease I can lose weight...

I'm not surprised. If that is all the calories you consumed with the micros you logged, you worked it. You have done well. Keep it up...

@john my “goal” is 1250 since I have a pretty low key lifestyle and I don’t exercise... but I try to keep it under 1400! Because sometimes fat rich foods with no carbs push me over my “limit”
