Pain is gone...

Thinking maybe it was that small amount of “swerve” I tried... it was really only a lick...


Well, it is fri-YAY!!!! I hope everybody has a great one! I plan to stay on track, try to get some exercise this weekend...
143.8 lb Lost so far: 23.9 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@doobrie thanks. It’s so weird to think just 11days ago before I started keto again I was teetering and fluctuating from 148-151. I just read a little about them... it says they are supposed to promote healthy bacteria in the colon?! A non-digestible prebiotic?! Interesting... I had one tiny lick of the powder off my finger to see if it had an after taste or gross flavor... I did use it and made a protein fat bomb but I popped them in the fridge but I haven’t tried one yet. I guess I should read up more on new things before I buy them!

Yes, they are supposed to be good for you and it took me a while to realise they were causing a problem for me! Mostly if they are an extract called inulin which is made mainly from chicory root. There are natural ones in pulses but these tend not to upset people in the same way, and some people can take inulin without a problem of course.

Seeds , like popcorn get trapped in the intestines pockets (I think) sometimes - My ma had the same issue and I know the pain she had - No fun - Great job - BBBBOOOOMMMM!!! - I hope everything outside of FS is getting back to normal with your family and I know the slides - Great to see you back

@smp thanks. But I did have a weird energy low today. My cousin even asked me what the vibes were about and I had to explain to him I just had all my energy sucked out trying to heal or fight something yesterday.

Great question Finchbird! I don't know how to either! I would also love to know what is wrong with chia seeds since I eat them every day!

If you are on the phone app. One the home screen, click on your own avatar picture or on thr underscored image of the pen and it will bring up a small window to post into. Not as nice as in the website. If you are on the website it’s on the righthand side I believe where it talks about my fat secret and my journal. Your journal must be set to shared for others to see it and comment, otherwise it is private or only seen by followers. 🙋🏻 Some of us deal with harsh issues that not everyone may want to face in an open forum and so keep our journals private to followers only so that the sometimes painful aspects of our journeys don’t negatively impact others. 🤷🏻‍♀️
