WTF!!!...where is this weight coming from...my output is significantly more than my input...I hate to whine, but this week is ridiculous!!!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

alot of frustration comes from not the calories -but click on the diet calendar and look in the middle section nutritional summary check your grams on the fat, and make sure you are not going over like 70-80 grams of fat in a day.
