This is what happens when you take a week off & have to much fun 🤦🏻‍♀️ Back to the grind.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Hey 2lbs is nothing you can lose that easy when you get back in the rhythm. Why do we punish ourselves and diet so hard if we never go out and use it. We need to indulge now and then to get it out of our system. I once heard a trainer talk on it like this " if you follow your diet 6 days a week and cheat one day. Then you still lost weight for 6 days. You can't get fat like that. Think about it this way: if you eat bad 6 days a week and diet one day. You won't lose weight so why would you gain weight on the other". It made so much sense to me. So as long as you are on track mostly then there is no reason to worry.
