I'm really sore from my workout yesterday💪🏼
194.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Sometimes , what is good for me hurts....in fact...sometimes, what is good for me always hurts. lol :>) I use Ibuprofen !! If i am consistent with my exercise and increase just a tad at a time ...I usually don't get the aches ....but I am always proud !! I am sorry for your pain...but consider the alternatives....

It's definitely a good pain today:) I forgot that I had abdominal muscle lol

Good for you girl, I`m sure it will pay off and I`m really happy for you. My lazy ass won`t move from chair, no matter how much I want it, in my head. It`s like some disease!

What Trucker Larry said!!! Even tho he makes funnies when he comments, he is telling you the truth. You can work out the soreness tomorrow and it will hurt like HE** but it is so worth it. Keep going Xappie!!!
