Weighing in after a weekend getaway with the hubby. I was worried I would gain because we ate out a lot and went to a wedding. You know how things go when you try to eat well but not knowing how food is prepared and what ingredients are used. Especially harder eating Keto and not sure if there are any secret sugars in anything! I took a break from tracking this weekend but I'll be back to tracking Foods Monday morning!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your doing great! Sonetimes i do better on weekends not doing the work snacking at desk

I just started the keto diet. I went out today and had broccoli cheddar soup in Panera😕. I thought I made a good choice. Turned out it had milk and flour. I just walked a little to take out my guilt.

Asanabri123- it's so hard so not knowing what people use for ingredients in their food but there is a lot of info on Keto fast food places on the web. It's all about trial and error and keep on going after mistakes.

Excellent! It is difficult to manage when not at home, but we can't all hunker down at home all the time, right? We have to eventually come out into public with all the temptations and the dreaded hidden sugars. You did really well!
