I'm a diabetic for many years, when I hit my 50s my sugars went nuts. I also gained a good deal of weight, it was a sad time full of loss. After controlling my diabetes with diet and exercise for over 30 years, I had to start taking shots. Now 4 years later I'm still out of control, I'm getting ready to retire next year and I want to figure out if the additional weight I've put is the cause. So I am going to fight to get back to where I was when I was under control 200lbs.
