Made it back to Gym lastnight!!! Yay!!!

Chest was still a bit closed up and sore, but managed to do quite a bit of cardio irrespective, so proud of myself. Need to keep up the momentum.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done! But don't push it too far until you're completely well, or you will pull muscles which will slow your weight loss down in the long run. Look after yourself.... :)
