Well I have lost another 3 lbs. for this week,
and so my overall loss is =34 lbs.
since 1/1/17 to 2/26/17

I am very proud of myself for how far I have come.

Thank you both for the support, it hasn't been easy but I am truly learning what has to be done for me to get myself a lot healthier and yes I will keep it a going. :)

Nisha, well I am happy that I have inspired you and hope and wish you the best in your journey it has been hard for me when I first started but now I, know what to do and how much to eat and @ every meal I use a small salad plate and drink plenty of water now.
