I am simple woman with goals and life expectations of living and let live walking to my own drumbeat. I love life for what it offers each and everyday. One of my passions is hand quilting. I love each and every step of the process of a beautiful quilt. I love quiet walks, savouring the moments that life gives us.

I have tried many different diet plans. After a long struggle of finding the right one. I believe I have finally found the one that works for me.
I follow basically a Ketogenic diet with about 3 carb cycle days each month. Since I have started this back on January 4th of 2016. I weighed in on that day at 233.4. I went off plan during the Month of March due to traveling and having one family emergency after another. Today I weighed in at 205.8. I think for each one of us we have to find what works for our own bodies.
We have to stick to whatever clean eating is for us. I also think we have to remember it didn't take us a day,week or a month to gain the weight we gained, it won't come off easily nor will it come off fast.
One of the hardest things I have learned through this process is that I am loveable no matter what size I am or will be. That has taken me almost 56 years to learn. Now that I like me I know I can achieve whatever I set out to do.

I started with Atkins and when they started advocating all the processed foods, their shakes, and candies I went more into LCHF. I will agree most "diets" will work if you follow it to a tee. I love the LCHF lifestyle since I can eat bacon, eggs, cheese, still have cream in my coffee etc which are foods I found I would sneak in and honestly I am carb sensitive.
I also stay under 1200 unless doing a carb reload day and then never over 1400. Good luck I am sure you will find all kinds of buddies out here.

I use Stevia drops some flavoured and some not. I use it as a water enhancer also.

Work out tapes and Logging it
Hi, I recently have went back to Jillian Micheal's body revolution tapes. I went to put them in my exercise log and I can't find out for the life of me how to do this.

Could someone help me.
I also have started H.I.T. again.
Any help would be so appreciated thank so much

Welcome to the site.. I have to agree this site is a Godsend to me the wonderful support and sometimes wonderful critiques I get have helped me through this journey. There will be someone out here that has walked close to your shoes and understand the struggles you will go through... Again welcome come out, learn, play and share.

I have to say you have been given a lot of great advice. Since I have yo-yo on several so called diets in the last 3 years.. A diet won't really make a difference in the long run..
You have to decide this is going to be a life change and stick with it. I do HFLC and have done it since September dedicated and I have totally cut out glutens, and processed sugars..There is no going back for me.. I started last March at 223.. I now am 157.8... I work out regularly this isn't a diet this is a life style change... Only you can decided when enough is enough... Then you will successfully loose the weight, keep it off and get healthy.
