Feeling great on this program and looking forward to further awesome results. Not nearly as hard as I thought it would be. I am excited by the continue melting pounds. LET'S GO!!!!

I'd suggest you add to your plate, not take away. Add salad, vegetables and fruits, LOTS. No cravings because you're always full.
