I'm a twenty-eight year old female from New England. I've been battling weight issues since I was middle school age.
I'm here to get to my goal weight and learn how to stay there.
I have a sugar addiction, and that is one of my main problems. I get tempted to eat a lot of candy and desserts and sweets. When I give in-well, it gets hard to lose weight. Some times I get discouraged. I need support. That's why I'm here. I've gotten great support since I've joined, you guys are amazing...

protein
Tuna has a ton of protein and is extremely low calorie and almost no fat. Try canned tuna-like I said-the only macro it contributes to is really protein unless you add stuff to it.

New Member... Any fat burning food ideas?
There are also "negative calorie foods" as some people call them-foods where your body burns more calories digesting them then they actually contain-those are always good and may actually be helpful to eat. And drink lots of water. Either 64oz. per day, or, if you are severely overweight, then you should be drinking half your bodyweight in ounces of water each day. Good luck!
