ok - I was really nervous about weighing in. I got on the scale after yoga and I lost 1.5 lbs. I know I should be happy but I was disappointed, I really wanted 2. Maybe next time I will weigh myself naked. :)
181.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

When you only have 20 pounds to lose, 1.5 is pretty amazing. You want to lose fat not muscle, so the smaller amount is good. More than 2 pounds and you will most likely be losing some muscle too (as well as fat and water). Just keep going and you will be at goal in no time.

I *only* weigh myself naked lol :) good job on the loss. I know what it feels like to be disappointed but you just need to be happy with the scale going in the right direction. Keep up the great work!
