I can see the heart health increasing. Went 6 miles on the elliptical thing in one hour, prior to that I only went 5.6 miles in one hour, so the endurance and stamina are building. I am ravenously hungry all the time and am really doing great having healthy snacks - really trying to enjoy them and eat them slowly. I even held the two tough yoga positions yesterday in the yoga-chi class, without my shoes on! I am scared to weigh myself on Thursday afternoon, but I will and I will put it in my log for my challenge.
