Atleast I didn't gain!
220.5 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

0.5kg loss is not a small loss. Go to the supermarket and look at a 500g brick of butter/margerine. That is what you had attached to you and now its gone :) lol. I love using this example to make people feel good :)
