What's the most you've put on after a month of letting yourself go?
I know I pick up weight very quickly so I have to be very careful. I picked up 1kg over the weekend from eating wrong (very wrong) and am still dtruggling to loose it - hopefully by friday I would have lots most of it

Raw or cooked weight help!

please help I m new to this. Does yield ater cooking mean the weight after it has been cooked? What weight is used when determining the calories raw or cooked?
