194.8lbs this morning. I had a good go of things the past couple of weeks, think I've found the mix of calories and macros that is working well. The key is to stick with that. Today will be a test, a work day at my Mom's for fall cleanup/maintenance. Plenty of excercise but also plenty of temptations food-wise. Let's see if I can be tough with it...at least my brother who always has several interesting beers for me to try will not be able to make it, one less bullet to dodge. Have a wonderful weekend!
194.8 lb Lost so far: 59.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

time spent with family is always hard for me... hang in there...and if it all goes south.. no biggie... its just one day..at least the clean up/maintenance can count towards cardio right ?? bwaahhaha

Well I overate. will adjust over the next couple days....burned plenty of calories so that part's good. Yard cleanup at my house today which will help work it off.

Tried a New Orleans beer at Mr. Fish Seafood Market last week. It had a nice bite at the end, but I'm still a Bud gal.
