Dont know why i gained 2 pounds. I have been eating the same foods. I did start to workout this week, but how did i gain 2 pounds?
268.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 August 2011:
1070 kcal Fat: 28.90g | Prot: 79.93g | Carb: 120.43g.   Breakfast: 0 Calorie Sweetener, Oranges, Egg White, Cream Substitute (Liquid), Regular Coffee, Boiled Egg. Lunch: Chunky Salsa (Mild), Light Ranch Dressing, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Baby Carrots, low carb soft taco. Dinner: Medium Picante Sauce, Mixed Vegetables, Grilled Tilapia Signature Grilled. Snacks/Other: Twix Caramel Cookie Bars (Fun Size), Peaches, Light & Fit Yogurt - Blueberry. more...

So many things other than your food/calorie intake can affect your weigh-in. Water balance is a HUGE factor. Don't sweat the small stuff, it'll be gone before you know it if you keep doing good. :)

your muscles likely are retaining water...which is actually a good thing...as you need that to attach to the fat being burned up to rid it out of your body. No worries...just keep going!!!
