I have a lot of foot issues so I can relate. I'm sorry you are in so much pain. 🩷🩷

Freeze a water bottle and roll it under your foot. You can also try "scrunching" up a towel, with your toes, on the floor. I suffered with it when I changed from ICU to ER. Sorry!!

I wore a "Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint" for a month to make mine go away.

I’m sorry you are in pain. The night splint for plantar fasciitis works! Nothing else worked for me. Sending virtual hugs.

And never wear flat shoes; espadrille wedges gave me immediate relief before I could get a medical appointment. Cowboy boots did the same for my son. It's changing the pressure load I'd imagine. For years now all I wear 7 days a week is New Balance or Brooks athletics because my plantar fasciitis lives alongside psoriatic and secondary osteoarthritis in my feet.

Gopher yup, never wear flats. I only wear the best Newbalance with my inserts from the doc Nursemama Adefweb... everyone. Great suggestions. I forgot about the boot and ice bottle rolls. I guess i need to get one. I'll order today.

I have suffered with this for the last 4 years. My boot helps some. Try massaging your calf muscles. It helps. Also the do sell brace tho ha you can wear at night that gently stretch the muscle to relieve the pain.

Many years ago I had plantar faciatis as well and did everything you mentioned. At the time I had a cat that slept at the foot of my bed. I discovered he along with the blankets were flexing my feet down when I slept on my back. Since then I always make sure my bed covers aren't making my feet bend down while I sleep. It went away and haven't had any trouble since, and it's been well over 15 years. I hope this helps.

My MIL swears by something called the Good Foot Store. They are very expensive I think ... and I am not sure she is getting her value out of it but she likes their inserts

I tried everything and ended up with custom orthotics. They are feet savers for me. I hope something helps. Our feet keep us moving and should be pain free. 👟👟

@SobbyD - My cat was not helping. What you are saying is real.
