I am struggling because I have upped the exercise to every day but the weight remains - or climbs. However, I feel good about myself. I wish my clothes fit better, but I am happy with who I am and the effort I am giving.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

maybe your doing to much,, Back off a bit and see what happens . This theory of eat less, exercise more has been proven ineffective by some .

I stalled for awhile when I started walking longer. You're probably building muscle, which will burn fat eventually. Just keep it up. I got past the hump. You will too.

Simple, muscle weighs more than fat. The more you work out the more muscle you will build up, which can be beneficial, because muscle requires more calories to maintain the muscle mass. To prevent bulking up with muscle it is important to keep an eye on the calorie intake.

Try watching your measurements as well as weight, it gives a better overall impression of the changes that are happening, I stayed the same weight for a long time but lost 4" from my chest and 3 from my waist. The clothes fit will change, then you have to shop again.... :)
