I'm a 53 year old woman who has always had trouble with my weight. In 2007 I suffered neck and back injuries in a car accident and since then I've suffered health problems and a lot of pain.

Start: 3/5/14: 302.6 BMI 47.39 class 4 severely obese
Restart thyroid meds: 8/5/14: 268.0 BMI 42.3 class 3 obese

First goal: 223 BMI 34.92 class 1 obese MET 11/15/2014
Second goal: 190 BMI 30.07 overweight
Third goal: 160 BMI 24.9 normal

May have you started weighing in on a monthly bile device or iPad? FS doesn't like my kindle so my ticker hasn't usually dated since last October and I've lost a lot since then.

No you don't have to. You must be using a phone or kindle. Try a regular computer. I know it's annoying. I made my changes on my husband's iPad. Generally I just don't make any changes to avoid the frustration.

Having Two Issues
You're using your phone, iPad, or kindle aren't you? Apparently FS hasn't gotten with the mobile program and weigh ins won't report to challenges and give an error message and the ticker won't update. Mine stopped like 50 pounds ago when my laptop died last fall.

best diet and weight loss tips
What WFN says. Gotta find the plan that works for you for life. Give up as much processed as possible. Too much salt, chemicals, fat and unpronounceable crap in it.

Sunday is Fasting day
I do 16:8, although mine is more like 18:6 most days. I have started having an instant breakfast around 7:30am before my 12 mile walk. I was feeling narly before that. I dont eat until 12:30-1 pm and dinner around 6.
