146.0 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Liv001 lol. Well. Yup. My stall came in December instead of my planned January slow down. It was bound to happen. I'm accept it and maybe it will help me lose the last 25 lbs. I'm not stopping!!! No no no. I'll keep doing the same thing and i think I will start dropping again. Who knows why our body does what it does! I've got a closet of clothes to fit into and my nice zip up boots are still to tight. I've got 25 more and come hell or high water, I'm not quitting!

One good argument for continuing to do the same thing is that this is what you know you can do.

Adefwebserver! You know it! It worked for 11 months. 2 week slow down is not the end of the world. I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner. Now, do need to hit that gym! 2024 let's go!
