Holding steady! One more month of Tis-The-Season. No more plans to bake this month. I made the Keto knock off of the Cheesecake filled / (not filled on mine) pumpkin spice muffins. HA, they turned out great and I brought them to a friends Christmas Tree decorating party. I topped them off with Cream Cheese frosting. All sugar free. WOW. Just WOW. I haven't had sweets in months. I am happily back on Steak! NY Strip yesterday. Today, my plan is to have Turkey with the Broth I made from the carcass. It turned out great. I haven't been logging because all my food but that's ok. I am sticking to intermittent fasting and trying to only eat two small meals a day. I seem to do better with two small meals rather than eating one big meal. I tend to not eat enough at the one big meal and then I'm hungry late at night. No bueno. OK Have a great day. Oh, My closet! I went to the basement and brought up two big storage bags of clothes. I knew they wouldn't fit but I didn't remember what was in them. OMG, very nice clothes. I hung them up in my spare bedroom and in about 25 pound hopefully they should fit. My next goal: fit into them in 3-4 months. That will be my final "size" goal. THEN I WILL BE DONE with this phase of my journey. I have my next phase planned out. More to come. Hehe. In it for the long haul.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice collage. The muffins sound great. I love that there are so many options for sugar free people now. But I also know that feeling of suddenly eating something sweet. That flavour overwhelms everything

I love cream cheese icing! I am debating about making an apple walnut cake with the icing. I only make it during the Holidays. I got rid of most of my smaller clothes. Some are so many years old I doubt they are even in style. But I have a box of clothes that will fit me when I lose another 10-25 pounds

I had packed up a bunch of clothes with every intention of donating them. I never got around to it. After I lost weight, I tried them on. Imagine my surprise when many of them were actually too big!

Sheeryeb that's awesome!!! Ya, I tried on a few that I thought would be too small and walla they fit. So, today i tried on a few and they are close so I kept them out. I've decided to try things on maybe twice a month. That won't drive me bonkers, and my closet is organized by size 🤣

FRITZY, as wonderful as the apple walnut cake sounds. It's a no go for me. I'd swell up like a balloon and hands would be painful. I can't tempt myself like that.

Liv001, it was a sudden OMG LOL. I KNEW it was a danger zone for me and since I'm restricting to lose and doing intermittent fasting, I'm usually careful to eat foods that give me nutrition like beef. It will be interesting when i am able to do maintenance.
