https://thefoodcharlatan.com/weight-loss-soup-turkey-vegetable-soup/ This is one of my favorite ones! It is time consuming though even with a processor as it's cooked in stages instead of dumping it all in. But so worth it! So I only make it every 2 months or so then double the batch as my son and husband like it too. I've frozen before but don't love frozen squash or zucchini so next time if I freeze I'll do it without those things then add after. Canning would be great but I suck at it. One thing that takes time too is that it has a lot of spices which makes it so good. So when I do the spices, I also fill up a few extra baggies at the same time of the spices so next time I cook it I can just dump the spices in to save time.

Then this is one of my go-tos when I don't have a lot of time as it's so easy. I cook the ground Turkey with onion and seasoning, then you dump in V8, frozen veggies (I like corn, peas and carrots) and diced potatoes (i use yellow and add extra). Then i add garlic powder and onion powder to cancel or some of the sweetness. It's not the most amazing soup but I really like it and it's so easy. https://www.theseoldcookbooks.com/hamburger-vegetable-soup-with-v8-juice/

Made this turmeric one recently as wanted to do one with turmeric as it's so healthy and good for weight loss. It was better than I expected but definitely different. My family liked it, my friend didn't. But easy to make. The lemon changes the flavor a lot so if you do it, I'd try first without lemon then in a separate bowl try with lemon. I ended up liking it with lemon. https://unboundwellness.com/turmeric-chicken-soup/

I want to try a borscht one soon and find a good lentil/sweet potato one. I have a bunch of healthy ones saved on Pinterest I want to try but have been repeating my main ones instead. I'd love to see some of your favorites.
