I had some frozen brisket and created this beef soup. it was so good. I needed a change up from just meat and eggs. Delish. I've got enough for tomorrow, too! I've got one more pound to lose this month to reach my 2 pounds goal each week. I'll reset the target next week. it's v hard, but i can see the finish line sort of!

That does look delicious! Good job aiming for your weightloss goal. Mine is the same. And I agree it's hard! I got a little behind so trying to catch up now to hit my end of the year goal.

Your soups look really good. I changed up a bit today as well. Leftover turkey was the protein, the usual low carb veg, It hit the spot! Ways to help us get there👍🏽

That soup looks amazing. What is your go to seasoning for a beef soup? I made one with salt, pepper, bay leaf and thyme. I'd like to be a bit more adventurous.
