I feel stuck. I'm ready for a whoosh. But I say that this time every month 🤣 I walked over 6000 steps almost every day this week. That's good 👍 considering I could barely walk 6 months ago. it's cool today. I love the cool weather. I might have some beef soup today. 🍲 my lazy butt needs to start lifting. Why am i not motivated to do that.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dunno about you, but as the season turns and the days shorten, my butt gets ready for hibernation, motivation goes out the window joining the leaves from the trees, falling to the ground. You have already lost nearly 30kgs, that's pretty remarkable... as we used to say in the 60's, you've come a long way lady :-)

Adiposemann thanks. I get moving on the winter. Summers in Georgia are really yucky hot. So let's burn some more fat 🔥

I heard that Georgia can get a might warm and humid... I am at least burning 200cal on the Drums each day... plus been doing tons of organizing/housecleaning... have been for a week now, and still heaps to go... no idea how many calories I am burning a day.
