The impossible keeps happening. TRICK - STRICLY KEEP TO THE GM DIET RECOMENDATIONS. LOTS & LOTS OF WATER OVER 2 LTS, HOLD CALORIES AT 600.
i AM NOT SURE IF THE LOW CALORIE INTAKE IS WISE.
180.1 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
