i’ve been doing a low carb yogurt for breakfast and a shake for lunch and veggies for snacks and then a regular dinner with some carbs (few corn tortillas or a hamburger bun) and it’s my second week….i was holding strong at 288 even though i’m doing this and walking a lot….i told myself i’d know i’m losing when/if i hit 287 and i told myself to just hold out until
the “woosh” and i did and it finally came!!! going to keep this up because so far it’s very pleasurable getting to eat what i want for dinner
286.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week

And, I have been eating things I want and teaching myself PORTION control because I need to know this when I want to maintain my weight

When I was actively in weight loss mode I always saved enough calories to have a satisfying dinner meal. I did go heavy on the veggies & salads and watched portion sizes.

My WOE is different than yours but it doesn't matter...what works for me, might not work for you. I'm glad you found a plan that's works ng! Great job!👏👏
