Schools out for the Summer. Now it is time to get back on track. It is amazing how easily a person can gain 10 pounds without really trying. Kinda wish losing it worked the same way.
This is going to be a little difficult at first because I'm limited on healthy choices in my kitchen... But at least tracking what I eat keeps me a little more in control.
