Happy Thanksgiving! I decided to keep my fake muscle gains for the holiday. A lot to be thankful for this year. My own sweet dog made it through a medical emergency, two different friends survived serious apartment/house fires with no human loss of life. Finally, every single person in my group of those I love dearly got vax'd and made it through another year of the plague. Yes, there were some sad moments, but there always are, you just have to make the decision to look forward when you're ready.
To my FS friends here, I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. take a few deep breaths and hug those you love if you can. Posting a gorgeous SoCal sunset. While I'm not wild about the shorter days, I have to admit the sunsets are spectacular this time of year from my tiny house. You just have to stop and open your eyes.
Going to go back to cooking in a moment, but wanted to take a moment to give thanks for all that I have and that has gone right over these past crazy two years. Might even sneak in a swim if I feel everything is on its way and under sufficient control.
