I calorie count
I am the same - I have to count the calories in to lose the weight. I am incorporating all of the foods - I eat everything - but in measured smaller portions. I want a food plan for life where I use regular foods without having to purchase "diet" foods. No sugar free or no fat living - I mean it is alright once in a while but not a steady diet of those foods. Healthy and portioned - with the odd little "chocolate treat". Coffee and water and water and coffee.

Memories of old recipes
THIS IS MY FIRST POST AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I AM DOING

Before the invention of the light Caesar salad
during the late 1970S which was originally much different than the white salad dressing version of the Caesar salad presented today - in the days when salad dressing was Thousand Island - and that was considered exciting...
- there were salads created from a source
of simple ingredients that people had available.
Such as -
Grated Carrot & raisins and Waldorf salad of apples & nuts.
It was the dressings used that contained any high caloric count. I am going to search for differing salad presentation.
With today's products - old recipes become new recipes.
