Terrible weigh in today, but its been a kinda terrible time lately. My beautiful white german shepherd, Luna, passed away unexpectantly almost 2 weeks ago and I didnt handle it very well. Im doing a bit better now, but I just miss her so much. Im starting to think that the last two dogs Ive had were more like an emotional support as well as being part of our family.
I dont actually think that Ive been emotional eating too crazily, but we went on a road trip to N Michigan this weekend for my Aunt & Uncles 50th wedding anniversary so there was a LOT of snacking and I know that is probably more to blame for todays weight increase.
Im reviewing my goals, and Im going to get through one day at a time for now. I think thats my best bet for right now.
