Don't even ask.....
15 points over?!? It inexcuseable self sabotage....wasn't even hungry - I think i need counselling
Luckily the scales haven't caught on to the fact that i had a binge last night - the only good thing is that now i'm facing things head on and actually writing things down - b4 my binges would pass un-noticed (usually late at night when everone's asleep) even if I was keeping a food diary I would always leave out the part where I've binged through the night...But now its there clear for u all to see my demons - hopefully the shame will prevent me doing so again.
I feel like I just let myself down in a big way

One of the things that always helped me binge is not taking responsibility for it. I wouldn't write it down or talk about it. It'd be my own little .. fat secret, LOL. But owning up to it def. helps not to have another one. I suggest going through the events of the day/week, maybe you'll find a trigger as to what made you binge in the first place? Boredom? Stress? Emotions? Either way, you've still made amazing progress and it's all in the past!

I used to be the evening snacker. I would snack while making dinner and then snack until bed time. I found that by removing anything that I wouldn't want to snack on ( chips cookies etc) that even if I did snack it was only the veggies in the fridge. My hubby hated it at first but now we are both eating healthier. Don't get too upset at your self. Always remmeber that tomorrow is another day and you can get right back on the horse!!!

It happens. Don't beat yourself up about it because what's done is done. Just start fresh today. You can always do an extra cardio workout to negate some of it. At least you have logged it in your food journal and are taking responsibility and not trying to hide it or pretend it didn't count! It's good that you are holding yourself accountable, but don't be too hard on yourself. :)

I have had those moments too, we all do. I think here in the last couple of weeks I had a 20 point meal. I only get 22 on WW. And I had no activity points that week, so really didn't burn many calories at that. I too entered it all. No since in hiding it.
