The SERIAL DIETER..., honestly I've been on so many diets I could write my own book! I know so much about eating healthy eating and exercise its a wonder I'm not a size zero...actually it not...the reason why I cant lose this weight is that I HAVE NO WILL POWER

Tony Ferguson Plan

Healthy Indian???
Hey guys!!! just thought I'd ask if anyone has any ideas what the healthiest food you can order from and Indian restaurant...I'm going for dinner with a friend that I haven't seen for a while on tuesday but I dont wanna ruin all my hard work. I know Indian food is probably the worst in terms of calories but it was all decided before i joined fat secret...i still want to go out an enjoy myself i just dont want to feel guilty the whole night!

439kcal!?! Really?
Ok so I just submitted my exercise diary...its my first day at work since starting the plan so I thought I would include the fact that i have been standing for 6hours as exercise...
According to fatsecrets calculations I have burned an extra 437 just by being at work on me feet allday its hardly strenuous activity but I thought I should include it however now it looks like I've saved over a thousand calories today... How accurate are these things??

Doing well...I think?!? DILEMMA
ok so maybe i just THOUGHT i wasn't hungry.... I used my better judgment and decided to have dinner... devoured my way through a healthy prawn stirfry...

I didn't realise hw hungry I was though...I guess my body is starting to work differently
