a little gain today 0.6lbs not that much but I know the cause...NIGHT-TIME SNACKING!!! I tried my best by having healthy snacks but I still went over my points allowance for the day by two and a half points... I NEED THIS CHALLENGE TO START ASAP - I really wanna kick this habit!
162.2 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes our weight fluctuates and there's nothing we can do about it. Don't beat yourself up about 2 and a half points. You could do some activities to earn more points (well you can on th uk version of weight watchers) or have 1 less point for the next 3 days. That's the great thing about weight watchers, its flexible. The night challange will be my first one. So I'm not sure what to expect, but I'm looking forward to it. I'm sure you'll break the 160 barrier soon. You've already lost almost 5lbs, which is amazing, keep going :)

Damn those naughty night time snacks! But dont be so hard on yourself. I'm trying to learn to save 200 cals for the delightful evening nibbles and then I try and have what I fancy - last night I had 3 strawberries with a meringue nest & splash of cream. 2 crackers with thin slithers of cheese area also good. Its just trying to convert them into 'good nibbles'! Also I LOVE to have a nice long bath - I do this every night (not at mo cos Im stitched up) but I take a long hot soak with a magazine & a big mug of green tea. I stay in there til Im truly pruned, then go and lie on my bed and moisturise/paint nails etc - which gives a positive result of no sabotage and a pamper treat! All the best!

It's normal to go up and down every day. You can go out to a restaurant and stay within your points, and still see a gain the next day. It would be because of sodium. It doesnt mean it's a "real" gain. If you weigh every day, expect to see the scale fluctuate. It might be better to choose one day as your acutal weigh-in day and just weigh daily to check your progress. Some days when we eat a little more the scale will go up a little the next day. If you go back to eating regularly the next day, the weight will come back off. Plus, eating more on some days (varying points) can actually help booster weight loss in the long run for many people. So if you have a day here and there where you snack alot(healthy), I wouldn't sweat a tiny gain. It will be gone in a day or two.

you probably only gained because you haven't pooped yet. it would take like 3500 cals to gain a pound overnight or something.
