Its such a sloooow process!!!I seem to have plateaued and the clothes don't seem looser...but I feel great and I keep telling myself I'm "big-boned"...Right??/
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, you are very right. Hang in there. The best thing you can do for yourself is to eat healthy. Your body it probably trying to get caught up with itself. Hang in there. It will start comining off again. Your doing a fantastic job, so keep your chin held high and be proud of all your accomplishments so far. Have a wonderful day.:)
