I have struggled with my weight since the birth of my first child. I was bedridden and gained 62 pounds. I have tried many diets without success in the past years. With many years of the weight going up and down, I resorted to Gastric Bypass Surgery. I lost almost 100 pounds with the surgery. Now several years later, I learned to eat all the wrong things all over so I wouldn't get the dumping syndrome. Along with that came the weight gain again. I've been doing mainly Low Carb since 2010 with much success along with much trial and error. I'm am trying very hard to make this my life long journey. I am hoping this year, 2013 to actually hitting my goal weight and maintaining it for the rest of my life.

Change Diet
I want to change my diet from Atkins to My Own Diet, but I can't figure out how to do it. I've gone into my settings and it will only let me restart the same diet. Any idea's on how I can do this? Thank you in advance.

How often do you eat meat?

Calcium worry
Welcome and so glad to hear you are feeling great. Calcium shouldn't be a problem with creams and cheese, but if you want take a calcium tab. Extra sure won't hurt. Great job on the 5 pounds and best of luck on your journey.Smile
