Finished the 3 day fast. Had a late breakfast. +-400cal. Lots of fruit and yougart. Feel good Looking foward to lunch. Not loosing weight. Will keep going.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
