Happy Birthday to me.

Today is the beginning of the last year of my forties and I have many things to be grateful for in no certain order:

Income is still coming in and I can provide for my family, I can walk unassisted, I can run nonstop for over one hour, I can lift heavy things, I can spend time with my parents still, I kiss my wife often just as much as I have done since 1995, my children say hi to me without texting me, I am not easily offended, I could go on and on but it 7:29 AM EST I am in the office and have to work.
