Day 1 of a planned 1 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

I had planned to run yesterday but didn’t make it (I was sooo busy).

179.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
