Actually a smidge under 200.
I haven't seen this number for 11 yrs 😀.
I think this cold weather is helping me.
This is the only thing I like about cold weather.
I feel good, lots of energy, not really hungry at all but, make myself eat once a day to keep my energy up.
I had a stimulator implant last Dec. it changed my life.
8 yrs prior to that I had my 4th back surgery resulting ok 3 artificial discs 2 rods and 8 screws.
it took me about a year to walk 100'.
I played on my couch those 8 yrs and ate all day till my pain meds put me to sleep then wake and eat & eat.
The surgeries aren't the only source of my depression, that maid me want to bury myself in food.
Some day I hope to accept and work through other issues in my life.
I've always been know to be a happy guy by my friends. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
I hope that when I reach my weight goal, I can find a way to work things out & coexist with health eating.

Congratulations on hitting Onederland. It's great you like cold weather. It sure doesn't give me energy - I just want to be on the couch or bed with a heated throw.

Thank you, ALL so much for this encouragement❤ kind words, supports and new followers. I have 6 pairs of jeans in my closet that, I've kept for years in hopes to fit in them someday. Now they're all too big! I guess I'm ready to finally let them go to good will Or the caring center in town.

I remember something I read that helps me (when I actually pay attention). It was ‘is your past pushing you or your future pulling you?” When I let my future pull me forward I am more successful in this journey. Keep moving forward to where you want to be.

Thank you, Erika. I remember when, rolling off my bed to trap my wallet was a victory lap. I hope you have a speedy full recovery😊 Good stuff, Srfogel. The future is always pulling me. I admit that tragity of the past, I'm still dragging some. I think time will lighten the load..
