Ate 2300+ yesterday. Continued to lift. Lots of protein. Nothing changed except eating more. Hope it continues. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼
190.4 lb Lost so far: 58.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So... eating more increases energy and NEAT. Even the same hour you spend at the gym will burn more energy because you'll lift heavier/more. Also, the protein has a higher TEF (more energy required for digestion). You most assuredly can lose more by eating more if you're lifting! It's been said a million times, but always warrants repeating - D's probably told you all this πŸ˜œπŸ‘πŸ»

Well- not to rain on my parade- my mother cluckin' girl stuff came 5 days early so- tomorrow will probably be ruined. Don't think I've ever lost in that "state". The older I get, the more wonky and stupid it becomes.
