Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating

The effects of eating on Wednesday are finally showing up. Basically I cannot eat of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday without gaining 7-8 pounds.

So I must lose 6-8 pounds during the week to ‘balance things out’. If I don’t do that, I am looking at a big net gain that will take more than a week to lose.
