Yeah the one day of eating on Wednesday caused a weight gain that I am still working off.
I did well yesterday, only having three protein shakes 👍🏾

Today, and the next three days will be eating days.

Then back on the regular diet on Monday 😎

173.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@CrashtestDawnie - I need to hit the gym, but my schedule won't allow me to get there when it is not crowded 😒 So I will have to use running for an hour to 'dump glycogen'. Not nearly as effective as doing 280lbs deadlifts but it will have to do...
